General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Choose Happiness
§ 1 Scope, Customer Information
(1) The following general terms and conditions (GTC) regulate the contractual relationship between Muzaffer Güler, operator of the Choose Happiness shop, and consumers who purchase products through our online shop.
(2) The contract language is German.
(3) Customer service:

We will endeavour to process your requests and offer a solution as quickly as possible. You will usually receive a response within 24 hours.
(4) Please note that we cannot answer order inquiries via our social media channels. Instead, use our email address for direct contact. For data protection reasons, we can only send information to the email address used when placing the order.
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
(1) The offers in the online shop represent binding offers to conclude a purchase contract.
(2) You can put products in the shopping cart and enter your data as well as payment and delivery preferences during the ordering process. By clicking the button "Order with payment" you accept the offer and conclude the purchase contract.
(3) Payment:
All prices are in EURO and include VAT. The following payment methods are available:

- Apple Pay,
- Google Pay,
- Klarna
- credit card.
Payment is processed via PayPal or Shopify Payments . You will be redirected to the respective provider's website where you can enter your payment details and confirm the payment.
§ 3 Customer information: Storage of the contract text
(1) We will save your order. You will receive an email with the details of your order and the general terms and conditions.
(2) For technical reasons, you do not have access to past orders via our system. We recommend that you save or print out the order details and the General Terms and Conditions for your records.
§ 4 Customer information: Correction notice
(1) You can change or delete your entries at any time during the ordering process. We will point out the options for making corrections.
(2) You can cancel the ordering process at any time by closing the browser window.
§ 5 Delivery and transport damage
(1) Delivery:
Delivery will be made to the address you provide. Please ensure that the details are correct.
(2) Transport damage:
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please inform the deliverer immediately and contact us. Failure to make a complaint will not affect your legal claims or warranty rights, but will make it easier to process claims against the transport insurance.
§ 6 Statutory liability for defects
The statutory liability for defects applies to all goods.
§ 7 Gift Vouchers
(1) Validity:
Choose Happiness gift vouchers are valid for four years from the date of purchase. Any unused credit expires after this period.
(2) Use:
Vouchers can only be redeemed in the Choose Happiness online shop. Cash payments and interest payments are not possible. The voucher can be used for the entire amount or a portion of an order. If the balance is not sufficient, the remaining amount can be paid using the payment methods offered.
(3) Redemption:
Vouchers can only be redeemed before completing the order process. They cannot be redeemed retroactively.
(4) Shipping:
If a voucher is delivered digitally, you are responsible for providing a correct email address. Choose Happiness is not liable for any losses due to incorrect information.
(5) Return:
If you exercise your right of withdrawal for products paid for with a voucher, the corresponding amount will be credited back to the voucher.
§ 8 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with our cancellation policy , which is provided separately.
9 Data Protection
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy , which is available on our website.
§ 10 Final Provisions
(1) German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
(2) Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid. The statutory provisions shall apply in place of the invalid provision.
